This video sprang to mind just before lunch today. I forget why, exactly, but that's not important. The important thing is that I correctly remembered that it was from Mr. Show, and my brother did not. Oh, and it's somewhat funny, so there's that.

Roof Garden
This music video is real video footage of the apex of human happiness. Really. Every day, people try to be as happy as these people, but it just isn't possible. No better time has been known before or after this event. I dare you to post a comment showing a happier time - just try...

Moon Patrol
In honor of NASA's recent attack on the moon, sending explosives to kick up dust looking for signs of water, I thought it would be appropriate to give credit to the originators of the idea. For four glorious seasons, Bob and David delighted America's funny bone on their beloved Mr. Show. But they were doing so much more. They were conditioning us for the brave new world where we do daily battle with celestial bodies. One day the moon will bow before us and Earth shall reign supreme.

More News That Isn't Fit to Print
To continue on the theme of news anchors dropping the F-bomb, here is a classic of Sue Simmons dismayed that her geriatric co-anchor is still reading his notes while she's delivering her segue into the next story. True to her talents, her delivery is perefect!

Keep Fuckin' That Chicken
This has to be my new favorite phrase of the year. It's a perfect combination of offensive and funny, all while capturing that positive can-do spirit. Sometimes you think you've given that chicken everything you've got, but all it takes is some helpful encouraging words to keep at it a little longer.

Assignment: try working it into a sentence today.
Extra Credit: try working it into a sentence today at work.
If you're lucky enough to be on the receiving end of these inspirational words, it's appropriate to reply with a courteous, "Oh, I'm gonna fuck that chicken into nuggets!"

George Brett Auto-Tuned
Have you ever started one of those office conversations that you wish you wouldn't have in retrospect? After viewing this, I'm pretty sure your answer will change to "no". For a fun experiment, try telling this story as your own at your place of business. Post your results here.
